Perfect for schools, libraries, and community events!

Looking for an inspiring and motivational guest for World Book Day or perhaps for a workshop session? Look no further! I would be delighted to come and take part!

With knowledge of both the publishing and self-publishing industry from the perspective of a publisher and author, I have a world of knowledge about the craft of writing and the publishing industry. After writing more than ten books, I am bursting with advice and information which I would love to share with students, authors, and book enthusiasts alike!

Workshops can be tailored to whatever aspect of writing you are most interested in, such as: character, pace, plot, audience, description, dialogue, and narration.

Available for:
  • Creative writing workshops and clubs
  • Author talks
  • Interviews
  • Career days
  • Book events such as World Book Day and book festivals

My utter adoration for my craft will shine through in any environment, and I would love the opportunity to visit and share it with you!

Also available for six/seven week creative writing clubs!

"Molly’s book, ZA, is a real must read for any Zombie fan. But, even you are not a huge fan of the Zombie genre, Molly’s character and relationship development is so gripping, that ZA is still a compelling read.

We were fortunate enough to host a ZA event here at Chicken and Frog, last October. Molly speaks passionately about the writing process, as well as her fascination with zombies, and proved herself to be inspirational to the audience.
If you are presented with the opportunity, do take Molly up on her offer of visiting your students."
- Natasha Radford, Owner of Chicken and Frog Bookshop

"We had the pleasure of welcoming back former student, Molly Looby, to our school to give a Creative Writing workshop to our current students. Molly's enthusiasm and passion for writing helped motivate and inspire the children she worked with to create interesting and varied stories of their own making. She brought new ideas and ways of writing to the workshop that were a valuable insight to not only the students, but to the teaching staff too! The buzz of excitmenent created among our students at being given the tools to create their own stories was a delight to witness and we will be more than happy to welcome Molly back to our school again."
- Kelly Bird, Teacher of English at William De Ferrers School
